Purchases & downloads

Your purchases live under your account. Paid products show under My licenseswith your key; free products and installers are available from the product page once you own them. If a purchase isn’t showing, make sure your email is verified and that you’re signed in with the account you bought it on.

License keys & activating on a new device

Find your key any time under My licenses in your account. A key activates on one machine; reinstalling the app or your OS on the same computer keeps working automatically — no need to do anything.

Moving to a new computer? Open your account, find the license, and use Deactivate devices — that frees the key so it can activate on the new machine the next time you launch the app.

Account & security

  • Forgot your password? Use Reset password and follow the emailed link.
  • Change your email or enable two-factor authentication from your account settings — 2FA is strongly recommended.
  • Signed in somewhere you don’t recognize? Your account page lists active sessions and lets you revoke them.
  • Social sign-in: you can sign in with Google, GitHub, or Discord using the same email as your account.
