Refund Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and software licenses purchased from segfault labs LLC. Our payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Charges may appear on your statement as Paddle or Paddle.net.

Digital goods & license keys

Our products are digital and license keys are delivered immediately after purchase. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued and activated.

14-day refund for unused keys

If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the license key has not been activated. Once a key has been activated on a device it is no longer eligible for a discretionary refund, except where required by law.

Faulty, misdescribed, or duplicate charges

If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will make it right — including a full refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale & discounted purchases

Items bought on sale or with a discount are eligible for refund under the same conditions above; any refund is for the actual amount paid.

Statutory rights & right of withdrawal

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. If you are in the EU/UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; however, by purchasing and then downloading/activating a license key, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that doing so can end that right of withdrawal.

How to request a refund

Email support@segfaultlabs.net with your order details (order ID or the email used at checkout). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. License keys associated with reversed or charged-back payments may be revoked.
